At Main Street Realty and Management, LLC, we manage with the needs of our investors in mind. We own the majority of the properties we manage, but we do provide management services to outside investors and multi-family property owners on occasion, as well as condo association management services. We believe in quality over quantity, so we are selective in the properties we do choose to manage. Currently we are only considering outside management for properties that have 40 or more units.

Whether we are managing our own properties or the properties of other clients, we are always focused on the long-term equity of the property. We are a detail oriented company, covering every aspect of good management. Our management services include marketing, tenant screening, repairs, renovations, routine maintenance, rent collection, tenant disputes, legal requirements and rent distribution. We work hard to build the value of every investment, looking to the needs of both the property and the tenants.
