Our Company

Main Street Realty and Management, LLC, was founded in 1991. Our founder started in the real estate business in 1978, so we have a considerable amount of experience in the Boston area market. Although many things have changed since our beginning, the focus of our company has remained the same. We are always striving to provide industry leading service to every one of our customers, whether they are renting their first apartment or are a seasoned real estate investor.

We own the majority of the condominiums that we manage. Our goal has always been to build the equity of every property we manage, and we do this through smart management decisions and attention to detail. Whether we are working with one of our own properties or the property of a client, we work hard to attend to every need of both the physical property and the tenant that rents that property. We believe the longevity of our company is testament to the effectiveness of our approach.

Our Team

Stephen I. Yellin , our principal, has been in the real estate business for 35 years as an owner and developer, and practiced law prior to that. He has operated a property management company since 1987.

Susan Zappone is the current property manager for Main Street Realty & Management, LLC. She grew up in the real estate business and continues to maintain our properties handling everything from maintenance to accounting.

Richard Brignolo is our maintenance supervisor and is the man to see if you have a maintenance issue.
